You have 30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Email support@sylvenna.com with your order number and we'll send you the next steps. Returns need to be authorised first, so please don't send anything back before contacting us.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear can only be returned if they're unworn, unwashed, and still have all tags and any hygiene seals attached. Once worn or tried on without the protective layer, they can no longer be returned.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank may then need a few more days for it to show in your account.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping is covered by you. We recommend a tracked service. For faulty or incorrect items, returns are free.

Email support@sylvenna.com within 14 days with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund — your choice.
